張意,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,永利yl23411官網(wǎng)黨總支副書記兼副院長(zhǎng)。先后于永利yl23411官網(wǎng)計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)院獲得工學(xué)學(xué)士(2005)、理學(xué)碩士(2008)及工學(xué)博士(2012)學(xué)位。2014年2月至2015年3月于美國(guó)倫斯勒理工學(xué)院生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程系做博士后工作。中國(guó)體視學(xué)會(huì)智能成像分會(huì)副秘書長(zhǎng)、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程學(xué)會(huì)醫(yī)學(xué)圖像信息與控制分會(huì)及中國(guó)自動(dòng)化學(xué)會(huì)分?jǐn)?shù)階系統(tǒng)與控制專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員、四川省高等院校計(jì)算機(jī)基礎(chǔ)教育研究會(huì)常務(wù)理事。
l 教學(xué)科研及獲獎(jiǎng)情況
張意教授一直從事基于可解釋性人工智能的醫(yī)學(xué)成像相關(guān)工作,具體研究方向包括圖像重建、隱私保護(hù)、深度學(xué)習(xí)等。目前已在IEEE TMI、IEEE TCI、IEEE TMM、IEEE SPL、IEEE TRPMS、IEEE TGRS、MedIA等權(quán)威學(xué)術(shù)期刊及會(huì)議發(fā)表論文70余篇,ESI高被引論文6篇,多次受邀本領(lǐng)域多個(gè)主流會(huì)議(MICCAI, IEEE NSS/MIC, IEEE ISBI, SIAM IS, Fully 3D等)上作特邀報(bào)告,作為負(fù)責(zé)人主持國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃子課題、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、四川省杰出青年科技人才項(xiàng)目等多個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)、省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目。International Journal of Biomedical Imaging及Sensing and Imaging客座編輯,IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging期刊卓越審稿人,IEEE ICASSP、ISICDM、UIC、ICSI、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程大會(huì)等國(guó)內(nèi)外會(huì)議的程序委員會(huì)委員或分會(huì)場(chǎng)主席,中國(guó)體視學(xué)會(huì)智能成像分會(huì)副秘書長(zhǎng)、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程學(xué)會(huì)醫(yī)學(xué)圖像信息與控制分會(huì)及中國(guó)自動(dòng)化學(xué)會(huì)分?jǐn)?shù)階系統(tǒng)與控制專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員。Nature Machine Intelligence、IEEE TMI、IEEE TNS、IEEE TIP、IEEE TRPMS、IEEE TBME、IEEE TMM等國(guó)際權(quán)威學(xué)術(shù)期刊審稿人。
